Landon Keathley CHWC, NREMTP
Landon Keathley, with over a decade of experience as a critical care and emergency paramedic, now works as a certified wellness coach. Utilizing a combination of electrodermal screening and muscle testing, Landon helps to educate clients about the individual needs of their bodies, guiding them towards optimal health. Passionate about toxin-free living, nutrition, and emotional wellbeing, he empowers people to make informed choices for a healthy lifestyle. Landon's commitment lies in teaching others how to achieve their health goals and cultivate overall well-being.

Sharla Cox DPT, CAPP-OB
Dr. Charla Cox, a seasoned pelvic floor physical therapist with 15 years experience in NWA, specializes in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care, addressing various pelvic floor diagnoses like incontinence, prolapse, diastasis recti, pelvic pain, and constipation. With additional training in chronic pain, complex regional pain syndrome, vagus nerve/limbic system, myofascial release, and craniosacral fascial therapy, she believes in the body's innate ability to heal. Driven by the conviction that symptoms convey vital messages, she challenges common conditions as healable, emphasizing the brilliance, not brokenness, of the human body in achieving optimal health.

Wendy Burton MD, IFMCP, ABOIM, FAIHM
Dr. Wendy Burton, board-certified in Family Medicine and Integrative Medicine, holds certifications from the Institute of Functional Medicine and a fellowship from the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine. A cum laude graduate of Baylor College of Medicine and Dartmouth College, she specializes in wholistic and natural-based pain management, offering Platelet-Rich Plasma and Ozone-based injection therapy. Personally, a blessed wife and mother of two adopted children from Colombia, Dr. Burton transitioned from a New England suburbanite to a homesteader in rural Kansas and now Arkansas. You can find her at the Mount Sequoyah Center or enjoying weekends at her cabin in the Boston Mountains.

Katy Kirk MS, CHWC
Katie Kirk is a Master Kinesiologist, Certified Pilates Instructor, & Certified Health Coach and has been training bodies & minds for 20 years here in Northwest Arkansas. She has an array of experience including personal training, cardiac rehabilitation, senior health, scoliosis, pre & postnatal, and various pain conditions. After her own experience with back pain, she began exploring the Pilates methodology and has found that the sound structure of both muscular stability & mobility it provides is exactly what the biomechanics of our bodies need to rebuild and find a lifetime of strength, flexibility, and overall health. Katie has been a Certified Health Coach since January 2017 and has been a Health Enthusiast since 2005! She’s always researching, seeking knowledge, and finding solutions.
